    During our collaboration with Tokyo Art Beat for the first Tokyo Art Map, AQ was recruited by the map's sponsor, Mitsubishi, to design an identity and full range of communication materials for Marunouchi Art Weeks, a series of art events organized in central Tokyo in April 2008.

    We created an event identity with clean typography and an illustrative motif inspired by the unique, brick-like streets of the Marunouchi area

    The identity was executed across street banners, subway posters, a small bilingual website and paper brochures.

  • The Marunouchi Art Weeks event brochure doubled as the inaugural issue of TAB's Tokyo Art Map.

  • Hundreds of banners decorated the Marunouchi shopping district, while giant B1 posters filled Tokyo subway station.
